Aplikasi Entrypass merupakan versi ketiga dari aplikasi yang dikembangkan KSI-UAJY sejak awal pandemi COVID-19. Aplikasi ini digunakan untuk menyaring person yang memenuhi syarat untuk memasuki lingkungan/gedung di kampus Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta (UAJY) dalam konteks pandemi COVID-19. Aplikasi ini merupakan pasangan dari aplikasi entrypass lain yang berbasis web yang dikhususkan untuk administrator. Dosen, karyawan, mahasiswa, dan tamu serta tenaga alih daya sebagai user menggunakan aplikasi ini untuk mendapatkan akses ke kampus UAJY. User yang dipandang eligible dapat dijadwalkan oleh administrator untuk memasuki kampus UAJY pada tanggal (atau beberapa tanggal) tertentu. Pada tanggal yang dijadwalkan user dapat memasuki satu gedung di salah satu kampus UAJY, dan user wajib scan QR code dengan menggunakan aplikasi ini dan akan tercatat sebagai telah masuk (check-in) ke gedung tersebut. Jika user hendak berpindah gedung, user cukup scan QR code di gedung yang akan dimasuki. User perlu tekan “keluar Gedung” untuk check-out dari kampus UAJY. Keberadaan user selama di kampus UAJY akan diketahui berada di gedung mana, dan jumlah pengunjung setiap gedung akan diketahui oleh administrator. User tidak dapat memasuki gedung jika quota pengunjung gedung tersebut telah tercapai. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga digunakan sebagai pencatatan absensi harian pegawai.

Description of Entrypass (English):
The Entrypass is the third version of the application developed by KSI-UAJY since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. This application is used to screen people who meet the requirements to enter the environment/building of the Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta (UAJY) campuses in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. This application is a pair of other web-based entrypass applications that are made explicitly for administrators. Lecturers, employees, students, guests, and outsourced workers use this application to gain access to the UAJY campus. The administrator can schedule users who are considered eligible to pass into the UAJY campus on a specific date (or several dates). On the scheduled date, the user can pass into a building on one of the UAJY campuses, and the user must scan the QR code using this application, and it will be recorded as having entered (checked-in) into the building. If a user wants to switch buildings, they can scan the QR code at the gate of the building. Users need to press "exit building" to check out from the UAJY campus. The users presence and which building while on the UAJY campus will be known, and the administrator will also be able to see the number of visitors in each building. Users cannot enter the building if the buildings quota has been reached. In addition, this application is also used as a recording of the daily attendance of the staff.
